About Neta Dan
Hi, I’m Neta.
I’m the writer, researcher, and the person behind everything you see here at Axeligence.com
For 15+ years, I’ve used a combination of state-level intelligence experience and psychological research to help individuals and organizations solve high-risk crises, uncover hidden information, and secure their most valuable assets.
I’m an intelligence officer, a former field combat officer, and the founder of Axeligence.
My work and professional background have been trusted by:

The Background
My career began in 2011 within the Israeli Defense Forces, where I served as a Field Combat Officer in an elite Counter-Terrorism Unit. During this time, I led over thirty soldiers in active combat operations, overseeing tactical readiness, rapid-response training, and mission execution. For my performance in military operations, I was awarded the Combat Operations Badge.
Following my time in combat leadership, I was selected to manage the Personal Protection and strategic security for two consecutive IDF Chiefs of Staff. This role involved overseeing 24/7 close protection and risk assessments for the military’s highest-ranking officials in high-pressure environments.
Following this field-based foundation, I transitioned into the Office of the Prime Minister, where I spent five years as an Intelligence Officer. My work focused on the management and execution of high-stakes, multi-disciplinary missions, including:
Integrated Intelligence Operations: Leading complex missions that combined physical field operations with technical and cyber intelligence (coordinating both offensive and defensive experts).
Full-Spectrum Vulnerability Assessments: Conducting penetration testing and red-teaming on government and personal locations to identify physical, technical, and human vulnerabilities.
Strategic Risk Mitigation: Developing customized security blueprints for government officials and high-net-worth individuals to neutralize threats before they materialized.
Operational Command: Managing teams of 10+ elite operators in undercover missions and high-risk environments worldwide.
The Intersection of Intelligence and Psychology
In 2022, I completed my B.A. in Psychology at Reichman University, graduating with a 94.5 GPA.
I pursued this specifically because intelligence work is fundamentally rooted in human behavior. My education provided a foundation in psychology research methods, which I now apply to threat assessment, situational awareness, and complex investigations.
Whether I am conducting deep-web OSINT research or analyzing polygraph results, I use a strategic approach that accounts for the “human element” of security—the psychological drivers that traditional security firms often overlook.
Why Am I Telling You This?
Because I know how difficult it is to find information and practitioners you can actually trust.
I know how hard it is to filter through the noise to determine which investigative and security methods are actually factual and evidence-based, and which are built on myths and misinformation.
I want to make it very clear who I am, and who I definitely am not:
I am someone who has been trusted with the safety of national leaders and the management of integrated intelligence missions involving both physical and cyber dimensions.
I am someone who maintains regular contact with a network of 100+ high-profile CEOs and investors globally, providing discrete advisory and intelligence services.
I am someone who has worked from the ground up, starting in the field and advancing to the command of elite, multi-domain operations.
I am NOT a “private investigator” in the traditional sense. My work is state-level intelligence applied to the private sector.
I am NOT a security consultant selling cookie-cutter plans. Every strategy at Axeligence is custom-engineered for the specific client.
I am NOT someone who relies on guesswork. My work is built on field-tested military tactics and academic psychological research.
I’m the person people call when a situation requires a level of discretion and technical expertise that standard firms cannot provide. I’ve spent my career handling high-risk crises for the state; now, I do it for the clients of Axeligence.
